Motor Underwriting Customer Support Executive

We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join our Motor Underwriting Department on a full-time basis. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an eye for detail, looking to build a career in insurance within a dynamic, supportive environment. 

The chosen candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clients and intermediaries by ensuring a professional insurance underwriting experience. Main responsibilities include: 

• Handling enquiries from customers and intermediaries, 
• Providing quotations and underwriting new business for motor insurance, in line with the department’s underwriting guidelines, 
• Following up on quotations and renewals to support client conversion and retention, 
• Issuing new policies and renewals within established authority limits, 
• Checking and processing documentation submitted by intermediaries, 
• Seeing to walk-in customers, answering incoming calls and email enquiries.

On-the-job training will be provided. 

We’re looking for someone organised and confident in dealing with customers and intermediaries, with the ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment The ideal candidate must have:

• MQF Level 3 or higher (O Levels or equivalent), 
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications,
• Excellent communication skills in English, 
• A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
