Personal and Commercial Insurance Broker

Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Personal and Commercial Insurance Broker to join their team:

Main responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage solutions.
• Collect and evaluate client information to assess insurance requirements and provide tailored policy options.
• Clearly explain policy terms, conditions, and coverage details while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage policy renewals and amendments accurately and within required timelines.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, correspondence, and maintaining accurate client records.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential.
• Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred, ideally a minimum of 2 years.

Education and Experience

• An A Level Standard of Education
