Compliance Officer (Insurance)

Quad Consultancy in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Compliance Officer (Insurance) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Duties:

• Monitor and assess the company's compliance with regulatory obligations 
• Implement the compliance plan, identify and investigate compliance risks 
• Advise management and staff on emerging compliance trends 
• Deliver training to staff
• Conduct regular compliance audits and preparation of compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Liaise with external regulators and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings, and maintaining detailed records of compliance activities.

 What skills do you need?

• MQF Level 6 (Bachelor's) academic qualification/s in Compliance, Financial Services Regulations, Law or relevant field of study to the role
• Adequate exposure and work experience in the Insurance Industry
• Have already undergone a successful PQ application and acceptance with the MFSA as a Compliance Officer would be considered an asset
• A good understanding of insurance legislation and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
