Motor Claims Handler
Our client is seeking to recruit for a Claims Handler.
Duties include:
- Deliver all specific objectives as assigned upon appointment.
- Effectively handle all claims which are part of the job holder’s file allocation in accordanceith group SLAs.
- Gather and process information, as directed, to support the effective assessment of more complex cases.
- Handle a portfolio of recovery files.
- Adhere to the company's Insurance Complaint Management process.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Senior Management or the Core team.
- Candidates must hold 1-2 years of experience
- Candidates must hold an insurance background
- Candidates must be customer centric
