Training Manager

A well-established client of ours operating within the Education industry, is searching for a Training Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for engaging with business clients, understanding their specific training needs, and designing customized training programs that address those requirements. The Training Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company’s client portfolio and ensuring the successful implementation of tailored training solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to business clients to understand their training needs and build strong relationships.
• Analyze client needs to identify skill gaps and training goals
• Work with clients to identify opportunities to offer and align training programs with their business objectives.
• Create customized training programs based on client requirements.
• Find new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to promote training services to potential clients.
• Oversee the delivery of training programs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Measure the success of training programs through feedback and performance data.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and suggest improvements.
• Lead and mentor trainers (if applicable) to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Work with internal teams to align training initiatives with overall business goals.

• Candidates must be living and working in Malta already, with the legal right to work in Maslta
• Excellent command in English; Maltese is preferred
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with teams
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is a must
• Candidates in possession of a relevant Master's Degree is preferred
• Proven local experience in a similar role is a must, preferably within a commercial or sales environment.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning development tools is a plus
