Premier Capital PLC in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a Talent Management Specialist to provide leadership with organisational development strategies, performance management tools and succession planning for its senior management team across the group’s six markets in Romania, Greece, Malta, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, on a full-time basis.
OVERVIEW::
Based in Malta and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Talent Management Specialist will design, develop and implement a unified approach to people management and career development for its leadership team. They will spearhead the identification, selection, and mentorship of the current and future leaders of the group, ensuring a prepared talent pool for key positions.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to monitor and assess the progress of employees in the succession planning pipeline, act as a coach and mentor and facilitate seamless leadership transitions.
In coordination with the HR department, the Talent Management Specialist will also align with the Group on broader talent management strategies, organisational goals and company culture.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's in human resources, business, organizational behaviour, or an MBA. They will have at least five years’ experience in a similar role involving the design and implementation of talent assessment methodologies and the development of people-oriented strategies.
Able to build strong, effective relationships with people at all levels and across markets, the candidate should understand how to effectively navigate a matrixed organization and have a successful track record in leading large-scale change initiatives. The role also requires regular travel to the group’s various offices in Europe.
