As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database.
  • Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Profile candidates by understanding their soft skills, personality traits, motivations, and strengths to ensure the right match for available opportunities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of industries and roles.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify, assess, and match the best talent for available opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide candidates with interview preparation, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends, labour market insights, and sourcing strategies.

What We are Looking For

  • Residing in Malta
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Fluent English is essential. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
