Talent Acquisition Specialist

Expedition42 in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for an organised and highly diligent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Konnekt, where you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating & Attending meetings with third parties 
• Screening of CVs/candidate profiles & conducting initial screening interviews
• Liaising internally on current needs and gaps within the market
• Researching potential companies or technical institutions/universities for collaboration
• Posting of roles on job boards, social media pages, and other sources as may be required
• Reaching out to candidates directly via LinkedIn or other means
• Keeping organised and updated on the statuses of the various ongoing processes
• Other ad hoc administrative duties that may arise.

Skill-sets and Requirements:

• A flexible thinker who is strong-willed, a self-starter and loves to work within a team
• A creative individual with a solutions-driven approach
• A conscientious and highly organised individual
• Fluency in spoken Maltese will be considered an asset.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree level education will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Sales or Business Development will be considered an asset.
