Senior Payroll and Finance Executive

Our client within the Financial Sector is looking for Senior Payroll and Finance Executive to take over the payroll duties. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing the monthly payroll for the companies staff members
• Preparing yearly budgets in relation to payroll
• Handling monthly and yearly submissions such as FS5s, FS3s and FS7s
• Preparing and issuing payroll-related reports
• Receiving and handling of payroll-related queries
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and management accounts
• Supporting the finance section with all aspects of the general ledger
• Performing bank and other nominal ledger reconciliations
•  Monitoring of contractual obligations and payment terms
• Compiling periodic accounts-related reports
•  Preparing and assisting with audits

• At least 4 years completing all the payroll process
• Well written and spoken Maltese
• Able to meet deadlines and responsible

• Ideally Accounting related qualifications
