As a Recruitment Specialist you will join our growing Recruitment function and play a crucial role in parterning up with designated department leads to create a hiring strategy and foster a collaborative environment.

You will support the recruitment needs of hiring managers within bet365 by designing and delivering effective recruitment campaigns to support the talent demand within specialist departments.  

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally demonstrating a successful track record in hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excelent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with hiring managers to identify recruitment priorities and forecast upcoming needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Strong mentorship and leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and supporting junior team members in recruitment practices.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines.
  • Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS.

Additional information

  • Implement effective recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract and source top talent in alignment with business activity and growth.
  • Assist hiring managers with interviews to identify suitable candidates for specialist roles within bet365.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to identify recruitment priorities and forecast upcoming recruitment campaigns.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to promote the employer brand and ensure a quality candidate experience.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an optimum candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Communicate formal offers between hiring managers and applicants, raising offer requests using the internal service hub system.
  • Support junior team members by offering guidance and sharing knowledge and best practices in the recruitment approach.
  • Use key recruitment metrics to inform ideas for projects that enhance bet365’s recruitment approach.
