An opportunity has arisen for interested candidates to join Motherwell Bridge Industries Limited as Payroll & Human Resources Assistant to assume responsibility for the overall payroll computation.


Based in Malta and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll & Human Resources Assistant will support departments to ensure an engaging working environment in compliance with the Company’s values, best practices and government regulation and legislation.

The preferred candidate, who will have at least one year experience in a similar role, will demonstrate a passion for developing people and leading them to progress. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Fluency in English together with experience in Shireburn payroll processing is a requirement.
