Our client, in the Business Support Industry is looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant to support in the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Handling the processing of payroll reports weekly 
  • Ensuring all is reviewed, reconciled and data is imported 
  • Working closely with the HR and Work Force Management team for payroll calculations
  • Handling payroll calculations
  • Assisting employees with any payroll queries 
  • Supporting with the monthly payroll reports and NSO reports
  • Supporting the Finance Team with any finance related matters

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of payroll or basic accounting experience locally, in a similar industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
  • Basic knowledge in Excel

Education and Experience

  • A level in Accounting or similar
