Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is currently looking for an Organizational Development Specialist. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating Learning and Development and/or Organisation Development initiatives for employees and managers
Liasing with internal departments and teams to help them transform the way they work through technology, process simplification and ways of working, in order to deliver new outcomes
Leading L&OD interventions to bring about changes including culture change initiatives, team ways of working sessions, leadership, and management interventions
Understanding the needs of others and design agile and bespoke solutions that meet stakeholders needs and organisational needs
Skill-sets and Requirements
Experience in change management
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a subject related to the role (ex. HR, management, etc.
5 years+ working experience in a similar role or in Experience in Company transformation projects and in OD tools & Interventions
