Learning & Development Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs at departmental and individual level through job analysis, performance reviews and regular consultation with departmental managers
• Deliver engaging orientation programs to new recruits to facilitate their smooth integration into the company
• Work with training providers to develop suitable training content tailored to employee and company needs
• Be the go-to person for employees’ training and development queries, offering guidance and support.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and evaluate training statistics and reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Learning & Development experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn and use e-learning tools.
• Good design skills and a sharp eye for detail when creating training content
• A people-focused attitude with a passion for helping others grow.
• Fluent in both Maltese and English
