Learning and Development Administrator

Hilton Malta is looking to recruit a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis (average of 20 hours per week).

The role of the Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator is to manage all administration work surrounding the various L&D processes including keeping a log of attendance for training attended, creating posters and calendars, preparing all documentation and ordering food, beverage and resources for the training, amongst many other processes.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for meeting team members and offering ongoing support and assistance as necessary.

We are looking for a candidate who has a keen interest in Learning and Development, preferably with experience within an administration function. Knowledge of computer applications is a requirement.

The selected candidate would be able to work in a high-pressure environment where accuracy is necessary. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, well-organised and detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and work within tight deadlines and within a team environment.
