Our client is looking for a Junior HR Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all staff adhere to company rules and regulations
- Liaising with HR executives with regard to daily work
- Issuing HR letters and employment documentation
- Collecting post-employment forms
- Updating HR profiles on the database
- Scheduling meetings and appointments with employees
- Preparing employment contracts
- Attending interviews and sending job offers to applicants
- Performing any other Ad-hoc duties as re
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Maltese language is a must
- Knowledge of Maltese legislation related to employment practices would be beneficial
