Our client is looking for a Junior HR Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all staff adhere to company rules and regulations
Liaising with HR executives with regard to daily work
Issuing HR letters and employment documentation
Collecting post-employment forms
Updating HR profiles on the database
Scheduling meetings and appointments with employees
Preparing employment contracts
Attending interviews and sending job offers to applicants
Performing any other Ad-hoc duties as re
Skill-sets and Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Maltese language is a must
Education & Experience
Knowledge of Maltese legislation related to employment practices would be beneficial
