Human Resources Manager

Our client, operating within the retail industry is seeking to recruit a highly organised Human Resources Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:  

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce effective HR policies and procedures.
• Support staff well-being, provide guidance, and manage employee relations issues.
• Oversee HR processes, manage documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

• Previous local experience in a Management position.
• Understanding Maltese Employment Law and best HR practices.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Indigo Shireburn is considered an asset.

• MQ5 Level or higher in Human Resources and Employment Law will be considered an asset.
