Role Overview
The Human Resources Executive will manage a variety of human resources functions, combining operational duties with strategic support to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR service delivery and fostering a positive workplace experience across the Business.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring all HR processes run efficiently.
• Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Manage onboarding, probation monitoring, performance evaluations, contract changes, and offboarding processes.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, policy updates, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with company procedures and Maltese employment law.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination of assessment processes.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives: Organise internal events, wellness programmes, and HR projects to support team cohesion and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a comparable HR role, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end HR cycle and best practices.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required. 
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, able to clearly convey information across all levels of the Business.
• Interpersonal Skills: Capable of building positive relationships, demonstrating empathy, and fostering teamwork.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR software, such as Shireburn, is a plus.
• Organisation: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address HR challenges and implement practical solutions.
