Main Objective of the Role

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources department through effective administration, recruitment coordination, employee support, and workplace compliance. The role ensures the smooth execution of HR processes while contributing to employee engagement, retention initiatives, training programmes, and overall organisational wellbeing. 

Duties and Responsibilities

 Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and maintain accurate employee records and documentation. 

 Assist in the processing and coordination of TCN work permits, visa documentation, and other related employment procedures. 

 Prepare employment contracts, letters, onboarding documentation, and other related employee correspondence. 

 Issue job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms and channels. 

 Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling with department managers. 

 Ensure all employee documentation is updated and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. 

 Coordinate employee uniform allocation, ordering, and recordkeeping. 

 Assist and support employee events, staff activities, and engagement initiatives. 

 Assist in the implementation of employee well-being, retention, and development initiatives. 

 Coordinate and support internal training programs and employee learning activities. 

 Gather employee feedback and assist management in monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement. 

 Support health and safety procedures by following up on related documentation, communication, and workplace requirements. 

 Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information and HR matters. 

Skills and Abilities

 Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

 Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 

 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HR administrative processes. 

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
