Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR practices.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both physical files and HRIS).
  • Support the recruitment/onboarding process by processing work permit documentation, communicating with internal departments and registering with relevant authorities such as Jobsplus.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.

Requirements:

  • Secondary level of Education with ‘O’ level standard in main subjects, such as English and Mathematics.
  • Preferably holds at least one year working experience in HR or administration, ideally with a keen interest in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge and experience using HRIS.
  • Knowledge of work permit process and related authorities.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
  • Ability to adhere to all organisational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide a positive employee experience by responding promptly to HR inquiries, providing accurate information, and supporting HR processes with a customer-focused approach.
