Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Keep up to date with the latest HR practices.
Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events.
Maintain and update employee records (both physical files and HRIS).
Support the recruitment/onboarding process by processing work permit documentation, communicating with internal departments and registering with relevant authorities such as Jobsplus.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.
Requirements:
Secondary level of Education with ‘O’ level standard in main subjects, such as English and Mathematics.
Preferably holds at least one year working experience in HR or administration, ideally with a keen interest in Human Resources.
Knowledge and experience using HRIS.
Knowledge of work permit process and related authorities.
Demonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
Ability to adhere to all organisational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide a positive employee experience by responding promptly to HR inquiries, providing accurate information, and supporting HR processes with a customer-focused approach.
