Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Keep personnel records organized and up-to-date.
  • Answer enquiries about onboarding procedures.
  • Issue letters of employment and provide customer support to new hires globally.
  • Track employee history from job offer to start date.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Experience in office administration preferred, but not overly experienced or rigid.
  • Assist recruitment with onboarding, application tracking, and background checks.
  • Vet paperwork for compliance with standards.
  • Draft letters, notices, and contracts.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR Manager.
  • Assist the training department with candidate paperwork and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and termination processes across offices.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong command of both English & Maltese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Office365
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
Education and Experience
  • Minimum A'level of education or a Diploma certificate
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role and/or Human Resources..
