HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive their overall people strategy and oversee day-to-day HR operations.  

The ideal candidate will focus on high-level strategic alignment with management, oversee salary structures, supervise internal training programs, and monitor the recruitment function. 

The Main Responsibilities include: 

• Direct, mentor, and oversee 2 HR Leads managing operational HR workflows.
• Advise senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and business-aligned people decisions.
• Monitor and optimize the recruitment function to ensure effective talent acquisition across all entities.
• Oversee internal training and development programs to drive employee growth and upskilling.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and salary structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Drive workplace culture, increase engagement, and manage complex employee relations or grievances.
• Develop and update HR policies while ensuring full compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4.30PM 

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of partnering with management.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation and compliance.
• Familiarity with HR software, systems, and metrics tracking.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Background in Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG environments is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR management
