Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services that go beyond traditional hiring practices. Your expertise will help us achieve our mission of being a partner in our clients' growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Coordinate and manage various recruitment projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations and make well- informed recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a network of high-quality candidates.
  • Provide career guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of methods.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate terms on behalf of clients and candidates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and labour market information.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Attend networking events and outreach activities to promote our services.

Requirements:

  • A value-driven and conscientious individual.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A flexible thinker with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required whilst fluency in Maltese is considered an asset.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a client-focused role whilst direct experience within recruitment would be considered a strong asset.
