HR Generalist (English and German / Spanish Speaking)

Lauda Europe in Malta is currently looking to recruit an HR Generalist (English and German/Spanish Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
You will be dynamic and an ambitious individual who will work as part of a small team of HR professionals to optimise people performance in multiple international jurisdictions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaising, supporting, and advising management at all levels across the business on all HR related matters, ranging from general queries, grievances to disciplinary investigations and legal case preparation;
• Maintain the HR databases to ensure all files and the HR system is up to date and accurate;
• Administration of employment contract, employee queries, payroll;
• Ad hoc HR projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• Verbal and written communication skills in English and German or Spanish;
• HR degree or masters essential;
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast-paced environment;
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to work on your own initiative;
• The ability to work under tight deadlines effectively and efficiently;
• PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc);
• Valid EU work permit.
