HR Executive - Training & Development

Our client, one of the leading companies in Malta, would like to engage a Human Resources Executive - Training & Development to join their growing team; assessing the training needs of employees, designing and implementing development programs, managing the budget for training activities, and ensuring that training materials are effective and up to date. 

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assessing the current skill sets and development needs of employees to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Creating structured training programs and clear objectives that align with the organisation's goals and address identified needs.
• Managing and allocating the budget allocated for training and development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilisation.
• Developing training materials using various media formats to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Providing guidance and training to managers and supervisors in employee development initiatives to ensure they can effectively support employee growth.
• Coordinating and overseeing the logistics of training and development events, including scheduling, location, and necessary supplies

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

• Have at least five years of experience in designing and implementing employee development programs
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Credential (Preferred)
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Maltese and English
• Ability to Evaluate and Research Training Options
• Ability to Design and Implement Effective Training and Development

• A Bachelor's Degree in Humas Resources
