Our client who specializes in the Fintech industry is looking for an HR Executive & Talent Acquisition. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Oversee and execute the entire recruitment cycle across Europe
Manage candidate records and applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, finalize job descriptions, and outline compensation in line with policy
Source qualified candidates through social media platforms and professional networks
Post job advertisements on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards
Review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position
Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and stakeholders
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a positive candidate experience
Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs
Track employee progress and maintain training records
Provide administrative support for training-related activities
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as contracts of employment and other employee-related letters/communications
Conduct regular check-ins with hired candidates and line managers to support the assimilation process
Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with other HR team members on any ad-hoc duties and initiatives
Requirements
At least 4 years’ proven experience working in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Prior experience in training coordination and HR administration is advantageous
Must be able to communicate in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
