Our client who specializes in the Fintech industry is looking for an HR Executive & Talent Acquisition. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Oversee and execute the entire recruitment cycle across Europe
  • Manage candidate records and applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, finalize job descriptions, and outline compensation in line with policy
  • Source qualified candidates through social media platforms and professional networks
  • Post job advertisements on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards
  • Review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and stakeholders
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Track employee progress and maintain training records
  • Provide administrative support for training-related activities
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as contracts of employment and other employee-related letters/communications
  • Conduct regular check-ins with hired candidates and line managers to support the assimilation process
  • Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on any ad-hoc duties and initiatives
  • At least 4 years’ proven experience working in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Prior experience in training coordination and HR administration is advantageous
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
