A well-established client of ours operating within the Aviation industry is searching for an HR Executive to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment process, including publishing and promoting job adverts, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as issuing job offers and contracts of employment as instructed
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding, including document collection, scheduling orientations, and setting up equipment as necessary
  • Maintaining employee records and files and being the point of contact for all employees and stakeholders on all HR matters
  • Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Overseeing other HR-related matters, including attendance sheet monitoring, active participation in recruitment and training processes for new employees, and ensuring staff adherence to all Company policies
  • Assisting in the organization and coordination of Company staff events, team-building activities, and corporate events
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and all correspondence, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, as well as providing efficient administrative support to the CEO when necessary
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and compiling reports for managerial meetings
  • Maintaining office stationary, equipment and repairs as needed.
  • Preparing reports and other documentation as needed, and other assigned duties as required from time to time.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta
  • Candidates must be fluent in English, Maltese would be preferred
  • Candidates must be mature, resourceful and attentive, with the ability to work independently
  • Candidates must hold strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of local experience in a similar role is mandatory
