A well-established client of ours operating within the Aviation industry is searching for an HR Executive to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
Managing the recruitment process, including publishing and promoting job adverts, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as issuing job offers and contracts of employment as instructed
Coordinating new hire onboarding, including document collection, scheduling orientations, and setting up equipment as necessary
Maintaining employee records and files and being the point of contact for all employees and stakeholders on all HR matters
Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
Overseeing other HR-related matters, including attendance sheet monitoring, active participation in recruitment and training processes for new employees, and ensuring staff adherence to all Company policies
Assisting in the organization and coordination of Company staff events, team-building activities, and corporate events
Managing incoming calls, emails, and all correspondence, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, as well as providing efficient administrative support to the CEO when necessary
Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and compiling reports for managerial meetings
Maintaining office stationary, equipment and repairs as needed.
Preparing reports and other documentation as needed, and other assigned duties as required from time to time.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Candidates must already be based in Malta
Candidates must be fluent in English, Maltese would be preferred
Candidates must be mature, resourceful and attentive, with the ability to work independently
Candidates must hold strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of local experience in a similar role is mandatory
