HR Executive - Maltese Speaking

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading hospitality organisation in Malta, seeking a proactive and detail oriented Human Resources Executive to join their growing team.

This role works closely with the Human Resources and Payroll function, supporting day to day operations and contributing to the organisation’s continued growth.

🎯 The Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will support core HR processes, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, administration, and work permit management.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms

• Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Prepare interview documentation and screening packs

• Manage work permit applications and renewals for third country nationals and refugees

• Support general HR administration and day to day tasks

💡 What We Are Looking For

• Human Resources certification

• Previous experience in an HR role

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Fluent in English and Maltese
