Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Executive to support the effective delivery of HR operations across the Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, contract amendments, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with data protection requirements
  • Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and employment confirmations
  • Support payroll administration through accurate processing of employee data, leave, and contract changes

Employee Relations Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for routine HR-related queries
  • Support employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies

Recruitment, Performance & Training

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, offer documentation, and onboarding
  • Support probation and performance management processes
  • Assist with training coordination, scheduling, and record keeping

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports and data summaries as required
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks
  • Collaborate closely with HR Assistants and wider management teams

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR role
  • Previous exposure to HR operations and employee relations processes

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
