HR Executive

Bajada Lyons Group is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, training, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including vacancy posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate training initiatives and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR reports, including headcount, leave, and attendance reports.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and group events.
• Participate in disciplinary meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee one-to-one meetings and provide general HR support.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Human Resources or Administration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
