Mdina International Limited (Mdina Partners) in Malta is currently looking to recruit an HR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
Are you passionate about HR and people development? We specialise in tailor-made, high-impact leadership, management and sales development courses, coaching and consultancy sessions and human resource advisory services.
The HR Executive will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative aspects of the HR and training functions as well as human resources tasks across the company.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment process
Design and implementation of company policies
Coordinate internal surveys/ focus groups to gather employee feedback
Attending employment scheme webinars and conferences
Training logistics; including printing, bookings, calendar, certificates etc
Ensuring high standards of notes/presentations and proposals are maintained through quality measures
Proposal writing/preparation
Overseeing and ordering training stock
Coordination of IIS and CPE documentation
Maintaining and updating the client database
Assist in the organisation of company events
Assist in ad hoc projects, including HR interim projects.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years experience in HR and administration
Eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
Ability to work independently and in a team
General IT Literacy.
