Our client is a group of companies delivering a range of high-quality services primarily within the building services sector in Malta. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an HR Executive to assist the HR Lead in managing the various functions within that department on a full-time basis.
This Role will include:
Taking responsibility for the collection of all documentation required from employees (in respect of Right to Work, qualifications, etc) to organize work permits and visa applications or extensions;
Drafting and ensuring signature of contracts;
Welcoming and orientating new employees to the business;
Preparing documents for change of contract, termination, etc;
Implementing procedures and techniques for effective recruitment, interview purposes;
Ensuring company and systems are entirely compliant with local regulations;
Collating and preparing payroll data on a weekly basis;
Organizing quarterly and annual performance reviews;
Managing employee relationships and dealing with any grievances.
Applicants will be experienced HR professionals with:
Experience within the recruitment process;
A background within an HR environment;
Excellent communication and time management skills;
Experience in payroll software and Human Resources Management Systems.
