Our client is looking for an HR coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Maintaining employee records and files and being the point of contact for all employees on all HR matters.
Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, especially with engagement documentation and work permit process for third country nationals.
Preparing and handling applications for both EU and non- EU employees.
Dealing with the day-to-day HR administration work
Supporting the management for disciplinary and grievance issues.
Preparing and maintaining HR documents and reports.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems and providing advice on policies and procedures set within the company
Organising and coordinating the training of employees.
Requirements
Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
The ability to maintain employee records, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organisation
Education and Experience
Previous HR experience in a similar position
