Our client is looking for an HR and Administration Assistant. While reporting to the HR manager, your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Acting as a reference point for employees' issues and queries
  • Assistant with the collection of timesheets and leave
  • Assisting with the administration of work permits and Visa application
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Preparing Jobsplus engagement and termination forms 
  • Maintaining good relationships with DIER, Jobsplus and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining general filing duties
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluent is Maltese
  • The applicant must have clean police conduct
  • Be organized and efficient with attention to detail
  • Sound computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Education & Experience
  • A' level / diploma level of education or relevant work experience

€20,000 to €22,000 / year
