Our client is looking for an HR and Administration Assistant. While reporting to the HR manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
Acting as a reference point for employees' issues and queries
Assistant with the collection of timesheets and leave
Assisting with the administration of work permits and Visa application
Maintaining employee records
Preparing Jobsplus engagement and termination forms
Maintaining good relationships with DIER, Jobsplus and other stakeholders
Maintaining general filing duties
Performing any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Fluent is Maltese
The applicant must have clean police conduct
Be organized and efficient with attention to detail
Sound computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Education & Experience
A' level / diploma level of education or relevant work experience
