A new role as an HR Administrator is now available. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Establish relationships with employees and management, being mainly responsible to provide day-today support to employees with regards to various HR related matters;
Responsible for the general administrative processes related to the human resources unit - provide assistance and support for the day-to-day HR-related requirements including the upkeep of the company’s HR data system and organizational chart amongst other things;
Manage the compilation and collection of the necessary documentation required from employees, including the police certificates, medical tests, the signing of contracts and orienting new employees to the Company;
Manage the security applications for all staff, including also the coordination of the necessary courses related to airport security;
Be actively engaged in the recruitment processes at all levels, participating to events as required and responsible for the provision of promotional material;
Maintain the online talent database and participate in the recruitment and selection process as required;
Be the main point of contact for insurance related matters and for the yearly process related to renewal;
Contribute to foster a positive employer-employee relation and promote a high level of employee morale;
Handling work permit applications and liaising with Identity Malta.
Perform regular file audits ensuring records database is accurate and up to date;
Engage in any other task commensurate with the role.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Assertive, courteous, diplomatic and tactful in his or her approach
Has strong computer literacy skills and well versed in standard computer applications
Good appreciation of Maltese employment law
Can work well under pressure and dealing with multiple demands
Based in Malta
Education & Experience
An MQF Level 4 qualification or higher in human resources, psychology or a related area
