Client Payroll Officer

Our client, an established CSP, is looking for a Client Payroll Officer to join their expanding team. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing payroll for both local and international clients.
• Managing statutory obligations, including obtaining Single Permits, residency cards, and employment registrations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll preparation.
• Familiarity with Payroll Software and Maltese Employment Law, including employee registration and enrolment, is an asset.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, committed, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (knowledge of Maltese and Italian is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
