The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of an organization’s human resources function, aligning it with business goals.
You will continue developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that foster a positive company culture, promote employee engagement, and drive retention.
This role includes leading the recruitment strategy to attract top talent, as well as implementing onboarding programs that support employee success from day one.
You will be instrumental in designing compensation and benefits packages that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards to support organizational growth.
You will manage performance evaluation processes, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
You will oversee training programs to enhance skill development, leadership training, and career progression pathways within the company.
You will ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing risk and protecting both employee and employer rights.
You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related decisions, supporting change management, and guiding effective organizational restructuring when needed.
You will be tasked with championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding these values into the workplace.
You will analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to assess the success of people strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across departments is essential to support company objectives effectively.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the overall employee experience and fostering a resilient, adaptive workforce that drives the company’s success.

You must have proven experience in a similar role
You will have both Stragetic and Operational experience
You will have great communication skills
Be analytical and numbers driven
Preferably have tertiary education in HR
