Waiting staff, Bar staff and shift leaders

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting staff, Bar staff, and Shift leaders. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests with a high level of professionalism
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

English speaking is a must and maltese would be considered as an asset.
