For our dynamic Sales & Marketing team, we are looking for Sales Executive to support us in building the strongest bridges between us and our clients by excellent communication and best quality service. 

You will be expected to maximise hotel revenue and profitability through events, banqueting and weddings sales.

Following duties will be part of your day: 

Act as the primary contact for event inquiries and bookings, working closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable packages;

Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients, outlining pricing, services, and terms to secure bookings;

Conduct site visits and show clients our venues and amenities, highlighting the unique selling points of the hotel;

Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, providing personalized service that addresses any concerns or request;

Prepare booking event orders (BEOs) and group event orders (GMOs), including set up, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other arrangements to ensure client satisfaction;

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution, adhering to policies and safety regulations;

Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on sales performance and event success;

Provide administrative support to Director of Sales & Marketing, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations as needed.

Desirable qualifications:

Previous experience in event sales, preferably in the hospitality industry;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
