Waiting Staff

Our Client is looking for customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times.
• Assist with cleaning duties, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on roster basis Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
• Applicants must be currently residing in Malta
