Food & Beverage Administrator

At Xara Collection, we are committed to creating exceptional dining and service experiences that leave a lasting impression. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Food & Beverage Administrator to support our F&B Director and team with essential administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage team, including scheduling coordination, documentation, and accurate record-keeping.

• Assist in payroll processing and staff scheduling as required.

• Coordinate F&B timesheets and maintain timely updates in Indigo, in liaison with the Human Resources department.

• Manage and update inventory records, assisting with procurement and stock control processes.

• Maintain budgets, financial records, and internal reports with accuracy and discretion.

• Ensure effective internal communication across all F&B outlets.

• Support menu-related tasks, including editing, formatting, and printing menus, event menus, and event tags.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of restaurant or hospitality management systems is an advantage.

• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.

• Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays when required.
