Job Description
ESA Crew Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an experienced Travel Agent to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The role will specialise in travel for the business and shipping sector. The place of work is in Malta with Flexible working hours and shifts. The right candidate with good general knowledge will specifically deal with booking and ticketing office management for planes, trains, hotels, transfers and all ancillary services. Assignments include both routine and non-routine work.

Requirements:

• A high school certificate in tourism is preferable
• Knowledge of foreign languages: fluent spoken and written English is mandatory and spoken and written Italian is preferable
• GDS booking experience: GDS Amadeus selling platform for at least two years, the knowledge of Sabre is preferable
• Two years of experience in the marine fares sector in an IATA accredited Agency is required
• Experience in internet usage
• Personal characteristics: meticulousness, accuracy, dedication.
