Are you ready to redefine Sushi in the heart of Valletta?

We are opening a brand-new concept with a few seats (20) at 134 Merchants Street, where Japanese precision meets Mediterranean heart. We are looking for a sushi chef who isn't afraid to blend traditions and bring a fresh, European touch to the counter. Our philosophy will be quality and not quantity; it boils down to having a job scenario that is quiet and calm, where the sushi chef will find serenity and exactly the best pace for creating fantastic plates. Opening will be during the first week of June 2026. Regarding salary, we strongly believe in growth and it will be increased in line with our business. 

What we are looking for:

Creative Mindset: You know the rules of sushi, but you love to play with Mediterranean flavours.

European Background: Experience in European sushi bars is a huge plus! We value your journey through different cultures and tastes.

Soul & Precision: You have a passion for high-quality raw materials and an eye for detail.

Energy: You thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.

The Deal:

Role: Sushi Chef

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 7 days a week. ( until 30-9-26 open every days, after 6 days - no delivery for the first month - just one turn only during first week opening )

Salary: €1,900 NET per month.

Location: The most iconic street in Valletta : Merchant street .
