F&B Supervisor

Join our prestigious 5-star hotel as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you will oversee the daily operations of our upscale bar and restaurant. Lead a team of skilled professionals, maintain impeccable service standards and create unforgettable moments for our guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and Front Office to ensure excellent guest experience.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and service flow.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
- Train and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality (Europe preferred). Bar experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional EU languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be an EU national residing in Malta.
