Shift Manager (KFC)

Food Chain operates 17 stores in total across Malta for Burger King, Pizza Hut and KFC. A vacancy has arisen at KFC for the position of Shift Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• The opening, closing and running of shifts.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Ensuring that international standards are being adhered to.
• To ensure proper handover at end of shift.
• To ensure that staff members are well trained and following franchise operations standards.
• Coaching and motivating crew members.
• Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets.

Educational and skill requirements:

• Be a very dynamic and motivated person and able to motivate his/her team.
• Can lead by example by applying a hands-on approach.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.
• Be a good communicator, a good listening, and possesses assertiveness skills.
• Can word under pressure and be results-oriented.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
