We are looking for a Room Service Attendant who enjoys working in an exciting and dynamic environment.
The Room Service Attendant shall be responsible for:
- Delivering outgoing orders as per guests’ requests
- Retrieved all guest trays, ensuring guest room was clean and cleared
- Acting promptly in response to all service requests
- Setting up and presenting guest amenities.
The ideal candidate should:
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Extensive knowledge of room service standards
- Has excellent organization skills
- Able to carry food service trays
- Be able to work under pressure and independently
- Able to work weekends and night shifts.
Previous experience in the Hotel industry will be considered an asset.
