Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and occupancy rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the reservations process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional packages and drive revenue.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue and reservations.
- Train and supervise reservations staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits of reservations and revenue processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on revenue performance and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management and reservations, preferably in 4* and/or 5* hotels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
