We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
The Restaurant Manager will be expected to:
• Monitor and maintain restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues in a timely manner
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profits
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Manage the budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
• Schedule staff shifts and assign duties
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Oversee the maintenance of the restaurant premises
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase profits
• Develop and implement new menu items and promotions
• Ensure that all staff are following restaurant policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
