Restaurant Manager

Our client is an established name in the hotel industry. They are now seeking the services of a Restaurant Manager to join their team 

Restaurant Manager

• You will be managing the day to day running of the outlet 
• Tasks will include Operations, HR matters including Recruitment and ensuring that the quality of work is as per established policies, and cost control
• You will handle staff rosters and also coordinate the necessary maintenance
• You will report into the General Manager of the hotel
• You will be required to work with shifts

• You will have experience in a similar position
• You have managed people and have experience in managing operations
• You are a good communicator

• Preferably have a qualification in hospitality
