Reservations & Guest Relations Manager

Our client is a leader in the hospitality industry. As they are growing they would like to employ a Reservations & Guest Relations Manager for one of their outlets

The Role

• You will take care of Sales Management (busy rooms, stop sales, special offers etc)
• You will the Marketing contact person for the Marketing Department(instructions to Web Master)
• You will handle the Reservations
• You will also manage the Timeshare, reservations and management fees
• The role encampasses the handling of guest relations
• You will also handle the Trip Advisor & Online Reviews Management
• Emails - Queries & Booking shuttles/taxis
• You will also handle invoices and Commissions log

• You will have a minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Be a multi tasker
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be a good team leader

• Preferably have a qualification in hospitality
